Update
Today started out with breakfast with two of the men in the church at 9 AM. We had a good meal and a good time fellowshipping. One of the men is going to start helping us with the church set up on Saturday nights which will be a blessing.
At 11, we went over to the center of town to pass out flyers. We passed about 1000 flyers. A couple of people were interested in coming to the service on tomorrow. One was a man who speaks 10 different languages, most African dialects, because he lived in South Africa. I was very intrigued to hear that one of the languages he knows is Xhosa, which my friend Kevin is learning.
Then I worked for several hours getting our church calendar up and running on the website. Later, we tried to go to Martin Wicken’s meeting but left late, got lost, and finally called it quits and came home. Sorry Martin. We were really looking forward to coming.
Tomorrow is Grandparent’s Day, so we are looking forward to that. Please be in prayer for us tomorrow.
